Searcy have a diverse portfolio of restaurants, bars, cafes, banqueting facilities and boardroom dining in both retail and B&I sectors, across 17 units and operate in some of Britain’s most prestigious contracts. We are currently looking for strong candidates to fill the following positions:
Position: Group HR Manager, part- time 3/5 days
Hours of Work: 3 days out of 5
Available from: Immediate start
Working days: Monday to Friday, 3 out of 5
Salary/wage range: On application
Requirements: CIPD qualified, generalist, strategic.

A fantastic opportunity for a strong HR strategist with proven generalist experience to make their mark on this business which is currently in a transition phase following acquisition. The candidates focus will be to make huge strides forward in terms of the HR department, policies and procedures and development of the employer brand.
Position: HR/ Training Manager, 50/50 split
Hours of Work: Up to 48 hours per week
Available from: Immediate start
Working days: Monday to Friday
Salary/wage range: £30,000 per annum + 10% bonus on KPI’s.
Type of Contract: Full Time (up to 48 hours)
Requirements: Generalist HR and trained to train. Fully or part CIPD qualified.
