The HCPTA Awards for Excellence seek to recognise outstanding achievement of HR professionals in the Hospitality Industry. The Award categories are:
Excellence by an Operations/Line Manager who made a significant contribution to HR
Excellence in Human Resources
Excellence in Learning and Development
Excellence in Establishing links with schools, colleges and universities
HCPTA Rising Star
The winners will receive a cheque for £500 to use towards their personal development and the world famous ‘crystal star’ The HCPTA Rising Star will receive a bursary for £1000 towards their personal development.

Position: Group HR Manager, part- time 3/5 days
Hours of Work: 3 days out of 5
Available from: Immediate start
Working days: Monday to Friday, 3 out of 5

Requirements: CIPD qualified, generalist, strategic.

The candidates focus will be to make huge strides forward in terms of the HR department, policies and procedures and development of the employer brand.
Position: HR/ Training Manager, 50/50 split
Hours of Work: Up to 48 hours per week
Available from: Immediate start
Working days: Monday to Friday
Salary/wage range: £30,000 per annum + 10% bonus on KPI’s.
Type of Contract: Full Time (up to 48 hours)
Requirements: Generalist HR and trained to train. Fully or part CIPD qualified.
